To connect to your router's 5G network on PSN, go to Settings > Network > Set up Internet Connection > Use Wi-Fi > Easy. Then select your 5G network from the list and enter the password.

Open your PS4/PS5 settings, head to Network, then Set Up Internet Connection. Choose Wi-Fi and select your router's 5G SSID. Enter the password, and you're good to go!
