As someone who's always on Facebook, I find the 'Check In' button under the post box pretty handy. Just type the location and select it!
Just hit 'Check In' when you create a post, search for the location, and click it. Super easy.
Honestly, adding a location isn't necessary. Most people don't care about your exact whereabouts.
