Played the game last night! Just go to your outpost, open the menu, and assign your crew—it’s all laid out for you. Worked like a charm for me!

To assign crew to an outpost in Starfield, you just have to open your outpost management menu, select the outpost, and assign crew members from your roster. Simple, right? Just make sure you’ve got the right folks for the job!
