How Do I Block Someone on PayPal?
To block someone, log in to your PayPal account, click on the gear icon for Settings, go to the Payments tab, and manage your pre-approved payments to remove the person you want to block.

Blocking someone through PayPal isn't a feature, but you can cancel any authorized transactions via the Payments tab in the settings!
No direct block feature exists, but you can stop any transactions in the settings.
Basically, you can't block users like on social media, but you can cancel any agreements or recurring payments from them. Just navigate to your account settings!
