From personal experience, I’ve found that giving my friend an App Store gift card was the best workaround. They were thrilled to get their own Bitizenship!
Unfortunately, you can't directly gift Bitizenship to someone in BitLife, but you can buy an App Store or Google Play Store gift card for them, which they can use to buy Bitizenship themselves!
Just get your friend an App Store or Google Play Store gift card, then they can choose to purchase Bitizenship with it. Easy peasy!
Honestly, just get them a Google Play or App Store gift card. Done and dusted.
