No way. Just turn off auto-renew in the settings. Refunds? Good luck; they're stingy with those.
I canceled my PS Plus by going to the PlayStation Store, selecting 'Services List,' and hitting 'Turn Off Auto-Renew' next to the subscription. For refunds, I had to contact Sony support directly. They were pretty helpful!
