It's super easy! Just go to Settings > Account Management > Account Information > PlayStation Subscriptions. Select PlayStation Plus and then 'Turn Off Auto-Renew'. Done!

Log in to your account on the PlayStation website, go to Subscription Settings, and disable automatic renewal for PlayStation Plus.

Head to the PlayStation Store on your console, navigate to your user icon, then Subscriptions Management. Pick PlayStation Plus and hit Turn Off Auto-Renew! Easy-peasy.
