If you're on iOS, go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, find Tinder Gold, and hit Cancel Subscription. For Android, head over to Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions and cancel from there. Done and done!

Open the Tinder app, tap the profile icon, go to Settings, tap Manage Payment Account, and follow the on-screen instructions. Easy peasy!
Just hit the cancel button in the app store where you subscribed, can't get simpler than that!
