Unfortunately, you can't just change the country on PayPal. You'll have to create a new account for the new country. Time for a fresh start!
Trust me, I’ve been through it. You have to close your old PayPal account and then register a new one in the country you want. It’s annoying, but it works.
Just close your account and open a new one. Simple as that.
