No biggie. Click on the drop-down menu in the top right corner, go to Settings > General > Contact. Add your new email, verify it, then remove the old one if you want.
Honestly, it took me like 5 minutes. Go to Settings, then to Contact. Add a new email, confirm it, and make it primary. Done and dusted!
