How do I change my background on PS5?

As someone who's spent way too much time on their PS5, I can confirm there's no way to change the background to a custom image. Hopefully, Sony will add that feature soon!

Hey there! To change your background on the PS5, you'll need to head to 'Settings,' then 'Themes,' and from there, you can pick a new background from the available options. Unfortunately, custom backgrounds aren't supported yet. Happy gaming!

You can't change the background on the PS5. You're stuck with what Sony gives you for now!
