Unfortunately, you can't directly change your country on an existing PlayStation Network account. You'll need to create a new account with the correct country selected.

You can't change the country on your PlayStation Network account once it's set. Creating a new account is the only solution.
Make a new PSN account with the correct country. I had to do this when I moved to a different region, works like a charm!
Just a heads up, the easiest way is to make a new account with the desired country. Use it for region-specific stuff like the store.
