You can only change your PSN name once for free. After that, Sony charges a fee. Just a heads up!

Log in to your PS4, navigate to Settings, then Account Management. Select Account Information, then Profile, and click on Online ID. Voila!

Just go to Settings > Account Management > Account Information > Profile > Online ID. Follow the prompts to change your name. Easy peasy!
