To switch from Quick Chat to Free Chat in Among Us, head into the settings menu and toggle the Quick Chat setting off under the 'Data' tab. You'll need to be over 13 and have an Innersloth account.

From my experience, just go to the settings and disable Quick Chat under the 'Data' section.
