You'll need to visit Rude Zuud in Fortuna on Venus. Complete her questline to get the blueprints and build your Kitgun in your Foundry. Happy blasting!

Build the components after getting the blueprints from Rude Zuud, then combine them in your Foundry. It's that simple!
