You can use a capture card for streaming or recording. I personally use the Elgato HD60, which makes it super easy!
Honestly, it's not really practical to directly connect a PS3 to a PC for gameplay. Better off using a TV or monitor.
If you鈥檙e connecting just for media sharing, enable Media Server Connection on your PS3 and use software like PS3 Media Server on your PC.
