Sadly, there's no way to delete a PSN sub account. You can disable its access through the main account settings.

You can't delete a PSN sub account directly, but you can deactivate it on the master account. Just go to account settings and manage the sub account there.

You can only deactivate the sub account from the master account. Full deletion isn鈥檛 an option, sorry!
