In the Activity Log, click on the three dots next to each activity and select 'Delete.' Trust me, your profile will feel lighter!
If you're looking to nuke the entire activity log, there's no 'Delete All' button. You have to delete entries one by one.
Go to your profile, click the three horizontal lines (menu), select 'Settings & Privacy,' then 'Activity Log.' It's like Marie Kondo'ing your Facebook life!
