How do I delete groups on Facebook?
To delete a group you’ve created, go to the group’s page, click on 'Members,' and remove everyone, including yourself. Poof, group’s gone!

Just go to your group, remove all members, and then leave the group yourself. That’ll delete it!
You can't delete groups if you're not the admin. Just sayin'.
Be warned—it takes some clicking! Go to your group, hit 'Members,' remove each one, then leave the group. This deletes it.
