Unfortunately, there's no way to remove recently played items on Spotify. Just leave them be and hope no one snoops!
So, I've tried everything, and there's no clear button to delete the recently played list. I just embrace my embarrassing playlist history!
Spotify doesn't allow you to delete your 'Recently Played' directly. I know, it's kinda annoying!
