Delivering a baby in Fallout Shelter is all about patience! After you've successfully paired a male and female dweller in the living quarters, you'll have to wait a few hours for the female dweller to become pregnant. Once she is, it's just a matter of time, approximately 3 real-time hours, before she gives birth. There's no special action needed from you; just keep playing or come back later to welcome the new vault member!

Just wait it out man. Babies take time. No clicky-clicky or swipy-swipy gonna speed up that process.

Honestly, just keep your vault running smoothly while the magic happens. Make sure you've got enough resources to keep everyone happy and healthy. No extra steps required; the game does the baby delivering part for you.

If you're a Fallout Shelter player looking for extra caps or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in Fallout Shelter essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
