Just swim southeast from your lifepod until you start seeing huge purple mushrooms. Dive down, and BAM, you're in the Jellyshroom Caves!
Honestly, just explore the Grassy Plateaus and you'll eventually find a huge hole leading down to the Jellyshroom Caves. It’s like finding a secret underground rave, but with more danger.
Start at your Lifepod, go east-southeast for about 500 meters and dive to around 200-300 meters deep. You'll know you're close when you see an entrance surrounded by red grass.
