First, make sure your TV supports 120Hz. Then, go to 'Settings' > 'Screen and Video' > 'Video Output' and set the 'Enable 120Hz Output' to Automatic.

Just a heads-up, not all games support 120Hz. You'll need to check the game's settings and make sure it's enabled there too.

If you have a compatible TV and still can't get 120Hz, try using a high-speed HDMI cable that supports HDMI 2.1.
