To get Grendel, you'll need to do some Arbitrations to collect Vitus Essence. Once you have enough, go to the Arbitration vendor in any relay to buy the Grendel locators. Each locator corresponds to a Grendel part mission.

First off, you might be talking about Grendel! If that's the case, you need to complete the Grendel missions on Europa. You'll need 25 Vitus Essence for each Grendel Locator, and you can get those from Arbitration missions. Good luck!

Just to clarify, there isn't a Warframe named 'Greadal'. If you meant Grendel, you'll need to get Vitus Essence from Arbitrations to buy the Grendel missions from the Arbitration vendor. Happy farming!

Getting Grendel means you have to grind Arbitrations, buy the locators, and then complete the missions on Europa. A bit of a task, but worth it!
