First, go to the PlayStation website and try the 'Forgot Your Password?' option. It'll send you a reset link to your email!

If you've lost access to your email, contact PlayStation Support for help. They can verify your identity and retrieve your account.

Had this problem before! Just called PlayStation Support at 1-800-345-7669. They sorted it in no time!

Honestly, if you still have your PSN ID and the associated email, just reset the password. Takes like 5 minutes.
