Easiest way? Beat the Eater of Worlds. It鈥檚 the big worm boss in the Corruption areas. Shadow Scales will drop from it after you take it down. Stock up on healing potions and make sure your weapons are up to scratch.
Just fight the Eater of Worlds, bro. If you can't beat it, team up with some friends or beef up your gear. It's the only way to get those Shadow Scales.
Honestly, Shadow Scales aren't even that hard to get. Just beat the Eater of Worlds. If you can't do that, maybe Terraria's too tough for you.
