You can't directly gift V-Bucks to a friend, but you can buy them a V-Bucks gift card or purchase a skin or item from the Item Shop and gift that instead!
I've done this for my buddy. Just buy a V-Bucks gift card from a retailer or online store, and give them the code. Simple as that!
If you want to give V-Bucks to a friend, you'll have to buy them a gift card. No other way to do it.
If you're feeling generous, just buy them some cool stuff from the Item Shop. They might even like that better than straight V-Bucks.
