Robux can't be directly transferred between accounts unless done via a group payout. You could also gift a Roblox gift card.

Use the Group Payout feature! If you have a group, you can distribute robux to members there. Just go to the group admin page, select 'Payouts', and enter the user's name and amount.

Group payouts are really the only official way to directly give robux. Any other method is a bit of a hack.
