I once spent hours on this in Spyro, and it's all about finding the right spot to jump from. Try from a higher ledge and you'll nail it.
You gotta nail that jump and glide combo. Timing and angle matter, trust me!
Press jump, then glide, and remember: height is your friend. Just don't do it at the last minute!
To glide across the river in Spyro, you need to jump off a ledge, press the jump button again in mid-air to start gliding, and adjust your direction using the joystick or directional pad. Make sure you start from a high point to make it across safely!
