Just hop into your base, and on the upper-right of your screen, you’ll see the hull integrity display. Keep it above zero, or you'll be mopping up water!

Build and use the Habitat Builder to check the 'Hull Integrity' section under the base’s stats. Make sure it doesn’t drop below zero, or you’re in for a flood!

Your PDA will show hull integrity under the 'Stats' tab when you're inside your base, but honestly, if everything's leaking, you already know it's low.
