Honestly, just Google it, it's super straightforward.
First, log into your eBay account. Head to the 'Account Settings,' click on 'Payments,' and just link your PayPal there.
I've done this a bunch of times. You go to 'My eBay,' then 'Account,' and under 'Payment methods,' click 'Link My PayPal.' Simple!
