Easy peasy! Just turn on your PS3, go to the 'Users' menu, and select 'Create New User.' Once you've done that, sign in to the new user account and head to 'PlayStation Network.' Select 'Sign Up for PSN' and follow the on-screen instructions. Boom, you're all set!
