To move to LA in BitLife, just go to the 'Activities' tab, select 'Emigrate,' and choose the United States. Once you're in the U.S., you can choose Los Angeles as your city!

I moved to LA in BitLife by emigrating to the U.S. first. After that, I just selected Los Angeles from the list of cities. Super straightforward!
