How do I negotiate peace in Total War: Three Kingdoms?
First, go to the diplomacy screen, find the faction you want peace with, and then propose a peace treaty. Sweeten the deal if they’re not interested!

Head to the diplomacy tab, select the faction, and then offer peace. If they resist, try offering money or other deals.
Click the diplomacy button, select who you wanna make peace with, and negotiate. Bribe them with gold if you gotta.
Just open diplomacy, select the enemy faction, and propose peace. If they refuse, either offer more or beat them up until they agree.
