Honestly, just mash buttons till it works. But the 'Y' button is your friend for picking things up. Can't go wrong!

Pick things up? Just Y-eet them into your inventory! Seriously, press the 'Y' button while standing over anything on the ground. It's like the universal 'grab' button in Animal Crossing.

Nah, don't bother picking stuff up. Just leave it for the aesthetic.

Just walk up to the item you wanna grab, and press the 'Y' button. Boom, it's in your pocket! Works for fruit, branches, shells, you name it. If you wanna pick up something bigger like furniture, first make sure it's not in use (like no one's sitting on it), then press 'Y'. Simple as pie!

Using 'A' opens dialogues or interacts with objects, but 'Y'? That's your ticket to clean floors and beaches. Press 'Y' when you're over something you wanna pick up. Easy peasy.

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
