Easy peasy! Just go to the 'Settings' menu on your PlayStation, then 'Account Management,' 'Sign-In ID (Email Address),' and 'Password.' Change it there and you're all set!
It's actually super quick. Just navigate to 'Settings' > 'Users and Accounts' > 'Login Settings.' Then, set up a passcode or change your existing password.
