How do I recover messages from Facebook Messenger?
If you archived the messages, just go to the archived chats folder. For deleted ones, sorry but they're gone for good!

Check your archived chats by clicking on your profile picture, then Archived Chats. For deleted messages, try checking if you have email notifications turned on.
You can recover archived messages by going to Archived Chats in Messenger. If they're deleted, unfortunately, there's no way to get them back!
Archived? Go to your profile settings and find Archived Chats. Deleted? You're outta luck, buddy.
