Trust me, I had to do this last week. Just go to your page, find the review, click the three dots, then 'Delete'. Problem solved.
You can't directly remove a review on Facebook, but you can report it or turn off reviews completely in your page settings.
Why remove it? Just respond professionally, and it can actually make you look better!
