How do I remove a group from Facebook?
To remove a group you created, go to the group, click on 'Members,' then remove each member. After that, leave the group yourself, and it will be deleted!

If you鈥檙e not a group admin, you can鈥檛 delete the group. But you can leave the group by clicking on the three dots in the top right and selecting 'Leave Group.'
Deleting a group? Just remove all members first, then yourself. Boom, it's gone!
As an admin, you need to kick out each member first. Once you're alone in the group, leave it, and it'll vanish.
