How to Remove a Review on Facebook
You can't remove a review from your personal profile, only from a business page. If it's spam, report it to Facebook!

Easy peasy! Go to your Facebook page, click 'Reviews' on the left, find the review you want to remove, click the three dots, and select 'Delete'.
From my experience, you only need to navigate to your Page, go to the 'Reviews' tab, find the offending review, click on the three dots, and hit 'Delete' or 'Hide.'
Just click the three dots next to the review and delete it. Quick and simple!
