How do I remove Messenger from Facebook?
You can't actually remove Messenger from Facebook itself, but you can deactivate the Messenger app. Go to your profile picture, tap it, scroll down to 'Legal & Policies', and select 'Deactivate Messenger'.

Unfortunately, there's no way to completely remove Messenger if you still have a Facebook account. You can uninstall the Messenger app from your phone, though!
