Go to 'Users' on the XMB, select the user with the PSN account you want to remove, then press triangle and select 'Delete'. Make sure you back up any data you need!

Just delete the user from the User menu. Easy peasy!

Went through this last month! Just navigate to the Users section on the XMB, find the account, hit the triangle button, and select 'Delete.' Simple as that.
