To reset your Xbox 360, go to System Settings, then Console Settings, and finally select Reset Console. Easy peasy!

First, press the Guide button on the controller, go to Settings, then System Settings. Select Console Settings, then Restore Factory Defaults. You'll need your passcode if you have one set up. After confirming, your Xbox 360 will restart with factory settings.
