Go to System Settings > Console Settings > System Info, then press these buttons in sequence: LT, RT, X, Y, LB, RB. Confirm your prompt and boom, factory settings!

Settings > System > Console Settings > Restore Factory Defaults. Note: This wipes everything, so back up your saves first!
