You can't really search for a specific person on Tinder, but you can increase your chances of finding them by adjusting your distance and age preferences!
From personal experience, I suggest getting Tinder Plus for unlimited swipes and setting your location to wherever they might be.
You can't search by name. Just keep swiping and hope the Tinder gods are on your side.
