On mobile, tap the three horizontal lines (menu), then tap 'Watch', and you'll see a 'Live' tab at the top!
Open Facebook, click on the 'Watch' icon (it looks like a TV), then select 'Live' to see all the current live streams!
I usually go to a friend's profile who's always streaming, and I find their live videos there.
