Unfortunately, GTA 5 doesn't let you just sell your property straight-up for cash. The closest thing you can do is a trade-in when you're buying a new property. You'll see a bit of a return, but it's more swapping than selling.

You can't directly sell your house in GTA 5 like you do with cars or other properties. But, you can trade it in when purchasing a new one. Basically, when you buy a new house, the game offers you a trade-in price for your old one, which gets deducted from the price of the new house. So, pick wisely and make that upgrade count!

GTA 5 doesn't exactly have a 'sell' feature for houses. You're stuck with 'em unless you're upgrading. When you buy a new place, you can trade the old one in and get some cash knocked off your new purchase. So, always aim to upgrade!

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
