You can't directly sell properties in GTA Online like you do with cars or other items, but you can kinda bypass this. If you want to get some cash back, buy a new property in the same category that's cheaper. The game will offer you a trade-in option where you receive a partial refund for the old property. This way, you're not stuck with properties you no longer want!

Here鈥檚 the scoop: directly selling properties is a no-go in GTA Online. BUT, you can swap it for a cheaper one and the game refunds some of that sweet cash back to you. Worked for me when I was reshuffling my real estate empire!

lol, you wish. Direct selling isn't a thing. Best you can do is trade it for a cheaper spot and pocket the difference. Easy money? Nope. But it's something.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
