You can't sell properties in GTA 5 Online outright. Best you can do is a trade-in when buying a new one. It's not selling, but it's something. Also, make sure you're trading for a property of equal or greater value to get the most out of it.

Selling property in GTA 5 Online, you can't really 'sell' it like you'd imagine. What you can do is trade it in. When you buy a new property, you get the option to trade in your old one. This trade-in gives you a part of the purchase price back, which is kinda like selling. Just remember, you can't be homeless in Los Santos, so you gotta have at least one property at all times!

Nope, can't sell. Only trade when buying new. And honestly, why sell? More properties, more power!

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
