You can set up a private group, add them in, and then distribute robux through the group funds. Just make sure you're the group owner!
Easiest way to send robux is through the “Trade” feature, but you both need to have a Premium membership for that. Alternatively, you can buy their game passes or developer products to donate robux!
You can't directly send robux unless you use a workaround like buying their stuff or using group funds. Roblox doesn't have a direct 'send robux' button.
